Earn Points

It's easy to earn points each time you stay.

Always book on the hotel's own website, or contact them directly via phone or email to make your reservation. Unfortunately we cannot add loyalty points to your account if you have booked using a third party or an intermediary site. Full terms and conditions are available on our FAQ page.

Points are awarded on your room rate only, ancillary spend on breakfast or in the bars, restaurants and other hotel facilities is not eligible for loyalty points.

Our generous loyalty programme rewards you as follows:

15 points for every €1 spent on room revenue in Euro zone properties

18 points for every £1 spent on room revenue in UK properties*

*Subject to change, based on currency conversion rates

So you can quickly build up points and redeem some great treats.
